Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our Site and the purchase of products from
our online store operated by Niuro d.o.o. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using
our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of
these Terms, please do not use our Site.

- "Customer" refers to any individual or entity that purchases products through
our Site.
- "Products" refers to all items available for purchase on our Site, including photo
booth equipment and accessories.
- "Order" refers to the request made by a Customer to purchase Products
through the Site.
Eligibility

a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when
placing an Order.
Product Information
We strive to ensure that all Product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate.
However, we cannot guarantee that all information is error-free. If a Product is found
to be mispriced, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Orders placed at the
incorrect price.
Order Process
1. Browse our Products and select the items you wish to purchase.
2. Add the selected items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
3. Fill in the required information and confirm your Order.
4. You will receive an email confirmation once your Order has been successfully
placed.
Payment
All payments must be made in Euros (EUR). We accept various payment methods,
which will be displayed during the checkout process. By providing your payment
information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method
selected.
Shipping and Delivery
- We currently ship within the European Union.
- Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
- We are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party carriers or customs.
Returns and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a Product,
you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided
that:
- The Product is unused and in its original packaging.
- You have proof of purchase.

Warranty
All Products come with a 1 year warranty as specified in the Product description. If
you experience any issues with your Product, please contact us for assistance.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Niuro d.o.o., Moste 96a, 1218 Komenda,
Slovenia and www.photoboothstore.eu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental,
or consequential damages arising from the use of our Products or Site, even if we
have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
European Union. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the EU.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be
effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after
any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
